My collective sends out batches of open-to-work BIPOC designers every couple of weeks.
My goal is to make sure that people of color and folx who face historical barriers to entry receive equal opportunities as those of their more privileged counterparts, which means carefully curating the marketplace on both sides.
I'm accepting job postings from companies that champion increasing representation in our industry and applicants from underrepresented, marginalized, and non-traditional backgrounds.
